Track Rollers
Forged from a boron steel alloy then through-hardened to a good core hardness, our track rollers prevent bushings from loosening. We also deep heat treat the roller outside diameter for maximum wear life.
Track Links
Track links also forged from a boron-steel alloy allow deeper heat-treating, which helps keep the pins and bushings from loosening even in severe applications.

This system combines our popular and exclusive SC-2™ coated bushings with dramatically improved seals and larger, longer-wearing components to deliver significantly longer and more even wear.
We designed this undercarriage to withstand up to 4,500 hours in wet, highly abrasive soil. And with bushings, seals, and larger components working together as a system, wear life is longer and occurs more uniformly between all system components.

We've improved the roller-path life, steel-cord durability, and metal-core adhesive strength of our rubber tracks over the previous version. They're designed for trouble-free operation and simple maintenance.
