    Overview

    The Modular Telematics Gateway (MTG 4G) is a mobile communications and processing platform designed and manufactured by John Deere Electronic Solutions. It integrates 4G LTE, GNSS, wireless, Bluetooth, and on-board communications via CAN, Ethernet, and RS-232. The Modular Telematics Gateway is ideally suited for advanced telematics applications such as machine health monitoring, advanced logistics, machine control, over the air programming, and remote diagnostics. It is environmentally sealed and rigorously tested to ensure long life and performance in the most demanding environmental conditions
