Santa Claus to Visit the John Deere Tractor & Engine Museum on Saturday, December 3

WATERLOO, Iowa (November 23, 2016) – Santa Claus is coming to town and he's making a stop at the John Deere Tractor & Engine Museum in Waterloo, Iowa. On Saturday, Dec. 3 the Tractor and Engine Museum will celebrate the season from 10:00 a.m. until 6:00 p.m. with a variety of fun activities for the whole family, including free photos with Santa himself, so bring your camera!

The first 150 children to visit the Museum will receive a free John Deere activity book. Local choirs and musicians will perform throughout the day and kids will enjoy making holiday-themed crafts.

All guests bringing a Toys for Tots donation will receive free admission, and all others will enter for just $1.00.

"We are very excited to host another holiday event with one of our favorite guests," said Dawn Hendershot, manager of the John Deere Tractor & Engine Museum. "This event is a great opportunity to celebrate the season with our community and it takes place on our second anniversary, so we look forward to commemorating this milestone as well."

The John Deere Tractor & Engine Museum is open to visitors Tuesdays through Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is $8 for adults ages 13-61 and $4 for seniors, active duty military, John Deere employees and retirees.
