Integrated Precision Technology

Every John Deere chopper now comes with integrated precision tech that includes a G5 Display, StarFire™ 7500 Receiver, and JDLink™Modem, which opens doors to advanced guidance and automation tools. Technologies like Ground Speed Automation, automatically adjusts the machine's speed and RPM based on engine load in varying crop and field conditions.

New IDS 2.0 System

Increase your nutrient value with integrated crop dosing. Advanced pumps in our new IDS System provide a broader range of dosing options, along with an automatic and user-friendly cleaning mechanism. Compared to previous systems, the high-volume option offers a 14% wider dosing range, while the low-volume system boasts an impressive 92% wider range. Additionally, added insulation keeps inoculants cool, even on the hottest days.

Central Tire Inflation System

Improving soil traction and gaining better compaction in the field is now easier than ever with the new Central Tire Inflation System. Using a 2-cylinder 750 cc air compressor located in the front axle, you can change front tire pressure in less than five minutes — right from your cab. Perfect for fast conversion from field to road and back — and more comfortable.

Increased Steering Angle

To give you more maneuverability, we increased the steering angle on most machines to 38% maximum. A new kingpin design features a wheel angle sensor, an updated protection cover, and improved greasing, with two independent grease points.

Active Fill Control

Active Fill Control uses a camera with 3D capability to automatically detect the crop transport truck or trailer and fill it evenly and without spillage. As the camera detects a truck, it automatically begins tracking with the spout. Then it controls the rotation and cap position of the spout until the truck is filled. Select from 4 fill strategies to suit your work style or crop removal vehicle, reduce operator fatigue and increase the efficiency of your forage production.

Choose from two kernel processors (KPs) that are now designed with slide-in installation for fast changing. The John Deere Ultimate250 KP features 11% (standard body) and 14% (wide body) larger roll surfaces, which are also better coated for superior performance and durability.1 And the improved XStream305 KP takes performance to the next level, offering a 52% larger processing surface for standard bodies and a 56% larger surface for wide body.1 That's top-tier processing efficiency to help you crush nutrient values and deliver optimized crop processing scores.
