Introducing the 204L and 304L. Star performers that keep a low profile.
"Our 204L and 304L Compact Loaders combine low clearance with serious performance." So whether you're shuttling seed, heaping hoppers, or loading landscape materials, you'll navigate with ease through low entryways and narrow openings. But you won't come up short. With up to 3-ft. reach and 8-ft. 7-in. lift height, plus a top speed of 12 mph, they're an attractive alternative to skid steers for loading trucks or placing pallets on trailers.
HOW LOW CAN YOU GO?
Just 8-ft. tall, our L-Series Compacts feature lower clearance than many wheel loaders in their class — and are nearly a full foot shorter than our 244K-II.
L-Series Compact Loaders deliver serious breakout forces and solid full-turn tipping load capacities. Smooth-running EPA Final Tier 4 (FT4)/EU Stage IIIB diesels pack plenty of power and torque reserve.
CARRY THE DAY.
Elastic articulation at the pivot point smoothes the ride, helping improve load retention and reduce operator fatigue. Impressive stability, precise parallel control, and optional ride control all help keep buckets full and forks loaded.
WORKING OUR CONNECTIONS HELPS YOU WORK YOURS.
Looking to build your business? Standard skid-steer-style quick-coupler and auxiliary hydraulics, plus more than 100 available Worksite Pro™ attachments, help you expand your capabilities and get more done.
TOUCH AND GO.
Ergonomically designed controls are within easy reach. Boom, bucket, F-N-R, and now 3rd-function hydraulic controls are positioned on the same ergonomic low-effort lever, for convenient one-hand control. Fingertip control of the coupler, travel speed, park brake, lights, and other machine functions is also close and convenient.
ALL KILLER, NO FILLER.
Because you might not need every bell and whistle, you can equip your L-Series Compact Loader with a no-frills, purpose-built open canopy. Or opt for a heated/air-conditioned cab for year-round comfort.
LOW OVERHEAD, IN MORE WAYS THAN ONE.
With their low daily operating costs, these low-profile machines are economical to run. And we've got your back. Should parts or service be required, they're readily available at more than 1,300 John Deere dealer locations from coast to coast.
ON AGAIN, OFF AGAIN.
ROPS-certified open-canopy models are perfect for applications requiring the operator to frequently get on and off the machine. Unlike the canopies on some other loaders, ours are purpose-built to withstand the elements — with weather-resistant gauges, extended rooftops, nonskid floor mats, and optional vandal protection.
