岗位职责：
依据国家法律和环保政策，对本公司污染源提出分阶段治理方案，使其达到迪尔公司要求。
协助经理调查、了解本公司生产过程中“三废”排放情况，主动解决烟尘污染问题，避免职业病的发生。
协助环保工程师有毒有害工种的健康检查和定期复查，及时解决员工反映的危害员工健康的问题。
监督环保设施的正常运转，定期进行环保检测。
协助部门经理按照迪尔公司要求，要求建立本公司EMS环境管理系统，保持高的变绿水平。
学习了解迪尔公司环保方面的要求和先进管理方法，与迪尔公司接轨。
负责与迪尔公司英文沟通，翻译本部门和公司需要翻译的英文文件和资料。
执行被委派的其它工作
任职要求：
环保工程专业
本科学历
工作经验：至少三年的外资企业相关岗位的工作经历

2. 油漆检验员

岗位职责
按照国家油漆检验标准对油漆进行化学分析检测（尤其材料成分）和物理性能检测（漆膜厚度、漆膜硬度、漆膜镜面光泽、色差、漆膜附着力和漆膜抗碰撞形等）；
配合油漆技术员对生产现场喷漆质量实施监控。
资格要求
中专以上学历，化学专业
三年以上相关工作经验

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Professional written translation of commercial and technical documents from English/Chinese to Chinese/English
Professional verbal/written translation at major events, projects, and training class, etc.
Facilitate the communication between foreign and local staff

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor degree in English， TEM-8 or equivalent.
Excellent English skills: written and verbal.
Candidate with machinery background preferred
Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and good time management to meet challenging deadlines.
Detail-oriented, creative and self-motivated, ability to work under pressure.
Overtime work may be required.

6. Project Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
Establishes routings, methods, layouts, tools, costs, methods documentation, quality plans and labor standards for revisions to current operations and/or new parts or programs of moderate scope.
Provides support and trouble shooting for current operations. Investigates, gathers and analyze data and implement solutions.
Innovates and implements cost reduction, quality, safety and ergonomic improvement ideas of
moderate scope.
Applies electronic tools across a broad range of applications, including e-builds, modeling and simulations.
Develops and implements plans to support lean manufacturing through the Deere Production System of moderate scope. Designs operations layouts. Improves material flow and material presentation.
Leads team studies related to capacity, energy, productivity and efficiency of moderate scope.
Leads analysis, development and implementation of new manufacturing processes and technology.
Analyzes and makes modifications to existing performance pay plans; assists in development of baseline data for new performance pay plans.
QUALIFICATIONS
Technical Skills & Knowledge:
- Knowledge of capital budgeting and capital equipment justification process.
- Working knowledge of database management tools, the various loan accounting systems, and process management systems.
- Background in Engineering (mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, power systems, etc.)
- Skill in using computer aided design and/or engineering tools.
- Knowledge of manufacturing and/or distribution processes, quality, tooling, tool design, total preventative maintenance and facilities.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing through the Deere Production System
- Understands the Enterprise Product Delivery Process (EPDP)
Education:
- Degree in an Engineering/Technology discipline or equivalent experience. - University Degree (4 years or equivalent)
Relevant Work Experiences:
- 1-3 years' experience in one or more related engineering areas: industrial, production, methods, reliability, design, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution, quality.
- Experience with shop floor manufacturing, incentive pay systems such as CIPP (Continuous
Improvement Pay Plan) and work measurement.
- 1-3 years' work experience in a team environment.
- 1-3 years' experience with engineering tools, systems and databases.
- 1-3 years' experience with line and process design, material presentation, cycles of imbalance and visual management tools.
