OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

2. Executive Assistant (Beijing) TOP

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for drafting, proofreading and editing all publications related to company’s business internally and externally, including China Marketing monthly report, website contents, company presentations, press release, and governmental related correspondences. This position also provides executive assistant to General Manager, China Marketing.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Constructs and edits China Marketing/sales monthly report in high quality for timely submission to senior management
  • Assists the public events/activities at national level related with oral or written translation
  • Constructs and edits the monthly management meeting reports as well as Regional management meeting reports
  • Coordinates budgeting between Marketing/sales and other relevant units
  • Orders import product brochures as necessary
  • Anticipates, facilitates and arranges the Director's schedule.

3. Customer Support Manager (Beijing) TOP

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Provides leadership and management of unit product support functions by directing customer and/or product support resources through the channel partner organization to achieve marketing unit's product support and customer/dealer satisfaction goals. Develops strategic plans, and oversees development of technical and product support capability of field staff and channel partners to preempt and resolve technical and/or parts issues that impact machine performance and uptime; this may include responsibility for service profitability and/or administration of product warranty and other reimbursement policies. Provides guidance to field staff to manage channel partner and customer relationships.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Works with direct reports and channel partners and factories in connection with product problem resolution in the field.
  • Develops strategies and manages efforts toward developing channel partner's product support capabilities to improve customer satisfaction.
  • Develops strategies and manages efforts to promote product training, technical, and/or management training to channel partners, company employees or customers.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Works on a product line marketing team and assists in the areas of marketplace assessment, new product or solution identification, promotional development, program creation, and training development/delivery to grow parts and achieve market share for the Company, branches, and dealers.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Gathers, interprets and integrates data from market research, competitive intelligence, industry associations, suppliers, and sales reports into recommendations for marketing strategies and programs.
  • Creates and delivers marketing information for use in promotional events and marketing campaigns such as direct mail catalogs, regional shows, product introductions and etc.

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assists in the development and maintenance of effective Service and Management capabilities of dealers; supports dealer/distributor market share growth, development, customer satisfaction, and profitable operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists in the implementation of Aftermarket Marketing Plans for dealers/distributors.
  • Provides support in the implementation of the Service Management Modules.
  • Supports company personnel in other dealer/distributor development processes.

7. Market Analyst (Ningbo) TOP

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
This position is responsible for assisting strategic marketing manager to conduct regular market research, handle customer segmentation, customer satisfaction and product planning initiatives within John Deere China Operations.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist JD strategic marketing manager in development and implementation of various research and segmentation models, organize customer focus groups and write research and competitor report in Agricultural industry
  • Be responsible in action of assigned projects and activities such as leading nation-wide customer surveys, maintaining customer profiles, collecting and analyzing customer requests, and identify customer needs in different segments
  • Assist to coach co-workers to handle national projects, build up and maintain aggressive and creative work methods and team spirit in the entire strategic marketing team. Assist strategic marketing manager to maintain division budget controlling and tracking system.
  • In conjunction with other consolidated marketing functions within Deere worldwide and coordinate customer segmentation activities

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Support the China Regional Recruiting & Staffing Manager to execute the sourcing, recruitment, and selection of candidates for the China region. Consults with business units, functional recruiters, and university contacts in order to effectively recruit top diverse talent for the organization. Develops and implements "best practice" staffing processes for the company.

PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
