 Ground-Engaging Openers To achieve the amount of soil disturbance you desire, we offer a choice of ground-engaging options. Perma-Loc spoons and sweeps (shown) change-out quickly for easy maintenance. Or, to retain soil moisture, choose low-disturbance knives.  Row Spacings The 1870 is available on 12-inch row spacing. The 1835 offers two different row spacing– 10 and 12.5 inches – to accommodate your operation’s needs. In addition to the above tow widths, the 1830 also is available on 7.5-inch spacing for seeding narrower rows.  3-Section of 5-Section OptionsBecause field and farm sizes vary, so do our tool sizes. The 1830, 1835, 1870 are available in three-and five –sections models to deliver cost-effective productivity.
