Patrick E. Mack
Patrick Mack is Senior Vice President, International Finance for John Deere Financial, a position he has held since January 2013. Mack directs all of John Deere Financial's operations outside of the United States and Canada, with responsibility for supporting the growth of Deere equipment sales globally, while managing enterprise risk. He is also responsible for international business development activities in new and emerging markets.
Mack began his career with Deere in 1977 as a Marketing Representative at John Deere Minneapolis. He held a number of positions in the ag equipment division and at Deere & Company before transferring to John Deere Financial in 1990 as Manager, Recreational Vehicles. There, Mack has been involved in many aspects of the business. In 1997 he was named Vice President, Revolving Credit, and later served as Vice President, Consumer Financing. In 2000 he was appointed Vice President, International Lending, and named Managing Director, John Deere Bank – Luxembourg in 2003. He later served as Vice President, International Finance and Business Development, and was named to his prior position, Vice President, Insurance, Risk Management, and Strategic Planning in 2010.
Mack earned a bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of St. Thomas, and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Minnesota.
He's currently a member of the board of directors for the Civic Center of Greater Des Moines.
