Luann Rickert is Vice President, Internal Audit, a position she has held since July 2011. Rickert is responsible for the worldwide internal audit function for Deere & Company.
Rickert joined the company in 1979 as an auditor. Over the years, she held positions of increasing responsibility in the areas of finance, systems, operations, and factory management. Most recently, she was Global Director of Operator Stations for the Worldwide Agriculture and Turf Division in Bruchsal, Germany.
Rickert is a graduate of Iowa State University with a degree in industrial administration and accounting. She has her MBA from the University of Iowa with a concentration in finance.
She has been actively involved in volunteerism throughout her career, participating on numerous boards and with various charitable organizations. She is currently on the board of the Community Foundation of the Great River Bend and is a member of the Women's Leadership Council for United Way of the Quad Cities Area.
