Bradley D. Morris is Vice President, Global Labor Relations at Deere & Company, a position he has held since May 2011.
Morris is responsible for developing the strategy and tactics for both the negotiation and administration of collective bargaining agreements. He leads the various labor relations initiatives and the Global Labor Relations Strategy.
Morris joined John Deere in 1975 as a co-op student and spent his career in manufacturing prior to joining labor relations in 2001. Prior to his current position, Morris was Director, Global Labor Relations & Continuous Improvement.
Morris graduated from Purdue University in 1980 with a BS degree in mechanical engineering. He completed the Purdue University Executive MBA Program in 2002.
Morris is a member of the Quad-City Area Labor-Management Council, the U.S. Labor and Employee Relations Network, and the Council on Labor Law Equality.
