The John Deere Health Benefit Plans for Salaried and Wage Employees (The Plans) comply with applicable Federal civil rights laws and do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex. The Plans do not exclude people or treat them differently because of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex.

The Plans:

  • Provide communication assistance to people with disabilities and those whose primary language is not English, such as: language interpreters at 1-888-533-3731 TTY/TDD 711.
  • Provide these services through their plan administrator, UnitedHealthcare.

If you believe the Plans have failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way on the basis of race, color, national origin, age, disability, or sex, you can file a grievance with Deere Direct:
