If you are a U.S. John Deere employee or retiree, Deere Direct, the benefits call center, can assist you with any questions you have about your benefits eligibility. Active employees should contact Deere Direct at 888-432-3373 and a representative will assist you. Retirees should contact Deere Direct at 1-800-213-3373. You will need your Personal Identification Number (PIN), when calling Deere Direct. The PIN protects your privacy and should be safeguarded as carefully as any other confidential information.

If you have any questions about the medical procedures or your health care benefits coverage, please call the Customer Service Department phone number that is listed on the back of your health plan benefit identification card.
