Benefit Summaries

Read summaries of the health care benefits available to you at John Deere. Two versions of the summaries are available for your review. 1) the two-page Benefit Summary that you have received in the past 2) the eight-page Summary of Coverage which is a new, required format. Although the layouts are different, there are no benefit changes between the two versions.

2013 Employee Rate Information

The 2013 employee rate sheets contain premium information and coverage categories for the health care benefits plans. It shows the premium deducted from your pay on a pre-tax basis, depending on when you're paid (either weekly or semi-monthly).
