Deere & Company Releases 2007 Global Citizenship Report
MOLINE, Illinois (April 01, 2008) — Deere & Company has published its 2007 Global Citizenship Report, Performance That Endures. Printed reports can be ordered through the company's Web site, www.JohnDeere.com.
The report outlines John Deere's values and its approach to environmental, health and safety protection, product development, dealer and supplier networks, employee teamwork and development, and philanthropy.
Deere & Company Chairman and CEO Robert W. Lane said in an introductory letter that the report provides insight into how the company operates and achieves its purposes.
"As the company delivers quality products and services, it does so mindful of its commitment to serving global communities and society at large, to fair dealing in all relationships, and to minimizing environmental impacts," Lane wrote.
