Deere & Company has changed the classification of certain information in its Statement of Consolidated Cash Flows for the years ended 2004, 2003 and 2002. This change of classification appears in the Form 10-Q filed for the first fiscal quarter ended January 31, 2005.
The 2004 annual report should be read in conjunction with the revised cash flow information in the first quarter 10-Q.
