Jim Schrempf |

Jim Schrempf is Vice President, Global Supply Management for the Agriculture and Turf Division, a position he has held since May 2009. Schrempf is responsible for the leadership of worldwide supply management activities in the Agriculture and Turf Division.
After joining Deere & Company in 1978, Schrempf held positions of increasing responsibility in Manufacturing Engineering and Supply Management in the company's Power Systems and Agricultural Equipment Divisions in Waterloo, Iowa.
In 1997, he moved to the Construction & Forestry Division as Manager, Material Services, at the Davenport Works. Schrempf was appointed Director, Supply Management for the Construction and Forestry Division in 2000. He was named General Manager, John Deere Dubuque Works in 2003 and was appointed Vice President, Supply Management, Worldwide Agricultural Equipment Division in 2007.
Schrempf graduated from Western Illinois University in 1978 with a degree in business administration and received an MBA from the University of Iowa in 1999.
