Ganesh Jayaram
Vice President,
Corporate Business Development |
Ganesh Jayaram is Vice President, Corporate Business Development. In this position, Jayaram is responsible for corporate business development activities including strategy and mergers and acquisitions. He also supports the divisions and their business development groups in their growth initiatives.
Jayaram joined Deere & Company in September 2006.
Prior to joining the company, Jayaram was Vice President of Business Development for the Water Quality Group at Danaher Corporation in Loveland, Colorado. From 2001 to 2003, he was Director of Corporate Business Development for Canon, U.S.A. in San Jose, California. From 1995 to 2001, Jayaram worked for The Boston Consulting Group in Chicago and Mumbai.
In 1990 Jayaram received a bachelor's of technology in ceramic engineering from the Institute of Technology at Banaras Hindu University in Varanasi, India. In 1995 Jayaram received a Ph.D. in materials science and engineering from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.
