Robert Hove is Senior Vice President, Customer Marketing & Sales, Worldwide Commercial & Consumer Equipment Division of Deere & Company. He was appointed to this position in December 2006. Hove is responsible for the execution of the sales and marketing strategies and processes in the division.
Hove joined Deere & Company in 1979 as a marketing representative in its Agricultural Division. Following varying assignments of increased responsibility in marketing, sales, credit and international finance, he was named National Sales Manager for Homeowner & Commercial Products for the Commercial & Consumer Division in 1999. In March 2001, Hove was named Director of Sales for the division. He was appointed Vice President of Worldwide Sales in May 2004.
Hove is a 1973 graduate of Drake University, with a Bachelor of Arts degree in advertising.
He serves on the board of the Outdoor Power Equipment Institute.
