John J. Dalhoff is Vice President and Comptroller, Deere & Company, a position he has held since September 2007. In his role, he is responsible for Deere's worldwide accounting functions.

Dalhoff joined Deere & Company as an auditor in June 1974. He held a number of increasingly responsible positions within the accounting and finance areas across the organization, including assignments at the unit, division and corporate level. In February 1999, he was named Controller at John Deere Waterloo Works. Prior to his current position, Dalhoff served as Director of Finance, Worldwide Construction & Forestry Division, since 2000.

Dalhoff attended the University of Notre Dame in 1972 and received his bachelor’s degree in accountancy from Iowa State University in 1974. He is a board member of the American Red Cross of the Quad Cities.
