For DVD videos, ORDER ONLINE only.
For Safety Kits and Brochures please call our toll-free number 1-800-522-7448 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. central standard time Monday through Friday. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery. No COD orders.
Any orders for shipment outside the United States or Canada will require credit card payment. Shipping and handling charges for these orders will be based on current rates.

Return goods policy
Credit will be given for all materials that are returned if the following conditions are satisfied:
- All materials must be returned PREPAID to the Distribution Service Center within 60 days.
- All materials must be unmarked and in resell able condition. Videotapes must be unopened. Please include a reason for return.
- Include original packing list showing items were ordered and shipped.

Payment with order
Please place your order by check, money order, or credit card for amount of purchase (U.S. dollars), plus shipping and handling. Also, currency in U.S. money is accepted if sent in advance of shipment. Make checks or money orders payable to Deere & Company. Illinois residents: Add 6.25% sales tax. Iowa residents: Add 5% sales tax.
