700 Series Tracked Harvesters

Compact yet powerful, the 700 Series tracked harvesters pack a punch on the jobsite.

These highly mobile machines are flexible where you cannot be – easily climbing over rocks and stumps, working on steep slopes with outstanding stability, and all at more than enough power needed for the untamed forest.

John Deere Harvester A John Deere 6081H engine is at the heart of the 703G, 753G, and 759G harvesters. Equipped with electronically controlled fuel injection, you get the torque you need as you need it with excellent response to keep productivity high. You can harvest more wood, faster, with easier load-starting, better low-speed drivability and superior lugging power. The result is a machine that keeps your costs low by keeping productivity high in the most efficient way.

The Best-In-Class operator cab features a plush, fully adjustable suspension seat with armrest-mounted joysticks and fingertip toggle switches. The cab is isolation mounted to reduce noise, vibration and operator fatigue. It’s roomy with lots of storage and climate controlled for year-round comfort.

John Deere Harvester Each 700 Series harvester features a high-walker undercarriage with two and a half feet of ground clearance (three quarters of a meter), which alleviates hang-ups on rocks and stumps. The near zero tail-swing lets you work in dense stands, and for even more flexibility, the strong boom extends up to 32 feet, 6 inches (9.9 m).

At the cut, the tracked harvesters are equipped with the fast and reliable John Deere 762C head. In both thinning and regeneration harvesting in large diameter trees, the 762C can fell trees up to 25.6 inches (658 mm) in diameter. The 700 Series are also factory-engineered to accept the optional Waratah HTH620 and HTH622B harvesting heads.

The 759G displays the best mobility with its industry-first shift-tilt design. This unique system holds the cab level even on steep slopes. Shift-tilt allows the cab to level to 27 degrees forward, 10 degrees to the back, and 20 degrees to each side, while keeping the centre of gravity optimally positioned the entire time. The 759G features 360-degree continuous rotation, combining superior stability with outstanding mobility.

John Deere’s G Series harvesters also offer excellent service access and debris clean out, ensuring that time is not wasted during the regular maintenance schedule.

With the 700 Series, productivity is imperative!
