Deere Dozer Helps Conan O'Brien with The Tonight Show Premiere

A John Deere 450J Crawler Dozer made its television debut during the premiere of The Tonight Show with Conan O'Brien. In the show's opening skit, Conan is seen checking off the last few items on his to-do list and literally running across country to get to Los Angeles. When he arrives at the studio for the filming, however, he realizes he left his keys back in his New York apartment. Rather than run back and get them, he commandeers the use of the dozer and knocks in the door.
"While we wouldn't condone unsafe use of our equipment, the skit was great exposure to the John Deere construction brand for millions of people," said Craig Olson, Manager, Marketing Communications, Events & Promotions.
