That’s where you come in, as part of our supply management team.

It’s the perfect place to get a view of how the company operates and how much we rely on our suppliers to meet the needs of our customers. You’ll be involved in making sourcing decisions, handling purchasing negotiations, and even assisting our suppliers to grow their businesses and strengthen our supply chain.

There’s always something exciting to do. If parts are shipping on-time with no quality issues in production, you may work on an inventory or cost reduction project. If fill rates are perfect in the service group, you might organize a team meeting to brainstorm improvements. No two days are the same.

Supply Management Development Program

This program is typically a three-year program featuring job rotation, training, specific career planning and mentoring. In each assignment, you work to meet specific objectives, demonstrate your knowledge and skills, and get the training you need for world-class supply management.  Possible assignments include:
