Co-op Program

experience that adds up

You can add real value to your education by participating in the John Deere co-op program. We offer challenging assignments, designed to blend with your studies in a way that helps you develop discipline-specific knowledge, as well as leadership and communications skills. Our program is for students pursuing degrees in:

You can enter the program after your freshman year and, over the course of your education, work multiple sessions lasting three months each. As a participant in the co-op program, you’ll be required to complete three or more work sessions, which normally extends your graduation date by about one year. Most sessions take place in the summer, with at least one extended session during an academic term required.

Co-op students receive competitive compensation and are eligible for many of the benefits offered to full-time employees. You can view current co-op opportunities and apply for the program online.
