Catering & Event Planning

Friendly, attentive and knowledgeable John Deere event staff will tend to your guest's needs, while our talented Aramark Chef, plus other local John Deere approved caterers of your choosing, prepare the perfect meal to enhance your event. Our caterer's menu items are available in a variety of serving styles:

  • Seated Dinner - a traditional full course meal is ideal for more formal events. Your guests will appreciate the exceptional service from our staff.
  • Buffet - a buffet style meal can appeal to a variety of palates by offering a diversity of foods. We can custom create your buffet from our various menus.
  • Reception/Cocktail Party - a reception or cocktail party allows colleagues to socialize while enjoying delicious hors d'oeuvres and drinks.

We are pleased to recommend our preferred caterer and event company, Aramark, when reserving the Pavilion or Collectors Center.

If you prefer to select your own caterer, an additional $150.00 fee for an outside caterer will be charged (surcharge not applicable at the John Deere Historic Site). If you choose an outside caterer, that firm must provide proof of license, health permit, certificate of insurance and all of the above are subject to approval by Deere & Company.
