Rental Agreement & Details

Event Times - Pavilion and Collectors Center

  • Events may begin set-up at 5:00 PM and must conclude by 11:00 PM
  • Only one event will be scheduled per day to allow exclusive use of the facility.

Event Times - Historic Site

  • Events may begin set-up at 9:00 AM and must conclude by 5:00 PM
  • Only one event will be scheduled per day to allow exclusive use of the facility.

Capacity

  • John Deere Pavilion can host up to 200 guests
  • John Deere Collectors Center can host up to 150 guests
  • John Deere Historic Site (outdoor roofed pavilion) can host up to 200 guests

Parking

Ample parking is available adjacent to all facilities. There is no additional charge for parking.

Decorations

All catering , decor, or other services provided are the sole responsibility of the renter and each service must provide proof of insurance.

Decorations should be reviewed with the sales manager prior to the event.

Rental Agreement

Please print and complete the rental agreement below. Return the completed agreement to our sales manager, along with 50% of the rental fee, no less than 60 days prior to the event.

Other Important Information

  • Rental fees are subject to change and are valid for the term of a specified Rental Contract or confirmed dates.
  • All of our facilities have a non-smoking policy.
  • You are welcome to take photographs or hire a professional photographer for your event, however we ask that you please stay off of the antique equipment due to its antiquity.
  • Please review the Rental Contract for a complete disclosure of terms and conditions.
