The Sprayer Gold Key program allows you to visit the John Deere Des Moines Works Factory located in Ankeny, Iowa (30 minutes North of Des Moines, Iowa).
Ideally, the intent of the Gold Key Program is for an owner of a 4920, 4720 or 6700 Sprayer to watch their machine be built the day they are visiting the factory.
It is suggested to call 5-6 weeks in advance, so arrangements can be made to ensure the particular machine will be scheduled to be built the time of your visit.
The program will consist of a 2-3 hour tour of the factory and an overview of how 4920, 4720, and 6700 Sprayers are built. Usually participants will have lunch in our cafeteria with factory personnel allowing further opportunities to discuss sprayers.
