JDLink-Machine Messenger customers can contact the Customer Care Center 1-888-GRN-STAR for all of their support needs. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has issued a mandate to all wireless carriers that, as of 16 February 2008, "Analog Only" or AMPS signal is no longer required and regulated for each wireless communication company to provide. Verizon, our wireless provider for the AMPS signal in JDLink-Machine Messenger, has announced that they will discontinue offering their AMPS signal to customers. We are in the process of developing a new JDLink agricultural system and designing a transition program for all of our current JDLink-Machine Messenger customers to advance into the next system.

JDLink Components
The JDLink System is comprised of a communications controller, cellular and gps antenna, and wiring harness. These components are all concealed under the cab roof of the tractor in an embedded installation and are externally installed when the Quick Install Kit is utilized.
