Customer allegiance measures the percentage of customers who return customer surveys where they respond "very satisfied" to overall satisfaction with dealer and "definitely would" recommend the dealer.

Financial strength
Total absorption is the ability of a dealership to cover both its fixed expenses and interest charges with its respective contribution margin. Contribution margin represents gross margin less variable expenses, plus additions, less deductions.
