Customers find strong, new utilities at revised MachineFinder™ Web site

See what's new in used equipment at John Deere's redesigned MachineFinder Web site, which adds robust utilities, such as a shipping cost marketplace, dealer location maps, and industry blogs and news, along with more user-friendly functions.

John Deere hopes the revised site will help customers more easily find pre-owned equipment for agricultural, construction, forestry, commercial and residential use that is available at its network of authorized dealers.

The new site is now integrated with uShip.com, where customers can find a network of specialized tractor and heavy equipment haulers that provide immediate transportation costs, along with competitive bids online.

Another exciting utility on the new MachineFinder is Google Maps, which allows customers to pinpoint the location and get driving directions to the dealers that have the equipment they want to see.

Also, users can now register a profile on MachineFinder, creating personalized settings for how they want to use the site and saving prior equipment and search information.

The new MachineFinder also features detailed gallery views of equipment, along with higher-quality photos and comprehensive model information.

Besides all that, there is now a link to John Deere Credit for detailed equipment financing information, plus industry-specific news and blogs at the new MachineFinder site.

John Deere is the world's leading provider of advanced products and services for agriculture and forestry and a major provider of advanced products and services for construction, lawn and turf care, landscaping and irrigation.

John Deere also provides financial services worldwide and manufactures and markets engines used in heavy equipment. Since it was founded in 1837, the company has extended its heritage of integrity, quality, commitment and innovation around the globe.
