Load and go! Go and save … Save your crop from corn rootworm damage, and save valuable time doing it. Introducing the Central Insecticide System™ from John Deere, for use with Force® CS insecticide. Designed to work together, this revolutionary, patent-pending closed-handling system gives you efficient, hassle-free corn rootworm control, plus legendary John Deere CCS planter productivity.

It starts with the leading defense against corn rootworm that’s now available in a advanced, liquid formulation — Force CS. You simply load the Force CS boxes into the cabinet of the Central Insecticide System (CIS) and fill the frame-mounted tank with water. Calibrating is fast and easy and is completely closed as well, so there’s no need to catch insecticide in a bucket for measurement. An electric pump draws Force CS out of the boxes and injects it into the water at the hydraulic pump. The solution is then delivered to the individual row units where it is applied in a T-band over the furrow. It’s a one-point load-and-go system that matches the central-fill convenience of your John  Deere CCS planter. And it’s only available from John Deere.

SAVE TIME.

Save valuable time during short planting windows with the ultimate pit stop that combines bulk-fill seed with central-fill insecticide. Capacities of the CIS work with your Central Commodity Seed Delivery System, so you can plant for hours on a single fill. And since there are no dry chemical hoppers on every row unit to fill, you’ll drastically reduce the time spent handling several insecticide containers. (And you don’t have to return any empty containers, either!)

SAVE WORRY.

Save yourself from the worry that comes with handling insecticide. The closed-handling design means there’s virtually no chance of coming in contact with the chemical. Within each box is a sealed bag that connects to nozzles, so there’s mixing chemicals in a tank. And when compared with dry insecticide, you won’t worry about – nor breathe – any dust that’s kicked up by the wind while loading.

SAVE CHEMICAL.

Save chemical by not wasting insecticide on costly application errors. An in-cab monitor is tied into your planter and automatically shuts off insecticide delivery when seed delivery is stopped. It also adjusts application rates to match changing operating speeds. And since Force CS is mixed in the pump, rather than a tank, you get a consistently mixed solution delivered to the furrow, pass after pass, acre after acre. Dry boxes and other liquid insecticides don’t offer this level of simplicity, efficiency, and accuracy!

The CIS is compatible with John Deere 1770NT, 1790, DB80, and DB90 planters on 30-inch spacing with Pro-Series™ row units and the Central Commodity System.
