Work faster, easier and safer
Change tasks often with your utility tractor? Sure you do. Then you need a 500 Series Loader, which comes standard with the Quik-change system, and you can switch from a bucket to a pallet fork to a bale and silage grapple in seconds.
500 Series Loaders also feature O-ring face seal fittings to reduce hydraulic oil leaks and improve line routing for better visibility. Industrial-quality, John Deere-built Hydro-Max cylinders are used for both boom and bucket operation. Optimized hydraulics increase lift capacity and reduce the time it takes to raise or lower a load.
And because John Deere loaders are designed as an integral part of John Deere tractors, they have superior strength, durability and visibility compared with other loaders.
512 Loader
This solid-mount loader is intended to remain on the tractor. The Quik-change feature allows one person to quickly change attachments without the use of tools. The hydraulic cylinders for the 512 Loader incorporate the nitrited (black) cylinder rods for superior corrosion resistance vs. a simple chrome-plated cylinder rod. Perfect match for the 5003 and 5005 Series Tractors.
522 and 542 Loaders
High-mast design provides better visibility and tire clearance. You can remove or install the loader quickly without tools with the Quik-tatch mounting frame.
Parking stands and bucket level indicators are standard.
The 522 Loader is designed for use on the 2-wheel drive 5025 Series Tractors, the 5025 Narrow Series tractors and the 5005 Series tractors.
The
542 Loader has rollback links to increase the rollback angle and bucket breakout capacity, and is also grapple compatible. The 542 is also available in non-self-leveling and self-leveling models.
For the 522 and 542 Loaders, an optional skid steer type attachment carrier allows the use of skid steer attachments.
