John Deere AutoLoad™ system helps you load like a pro
Now, it's push-button easy to load like a pro, time after time, with the all-new John Deere AutoLoad system - exclusively for John Deere Scraper Special tractors and pull-type scrapers.
AutoLoad greatly reduces the time required for initial operator training, and it reduces operator fatigue. You get maximum productivity from your workforce, even if operating conditions change. The result? Consistent productivity throughout the workday and workweek.
During the load cycle, AutoLoad controls the scraper’s hydraulic-lift functions. Simply push a lever in the tractor to engage the system at the start of the cut. As your cut progresses, AutoLoad takes control and adjusts the blade height. Tractor-mounted radar, and sensors mounted on the scraper and drawbar, measure wheel slip and provide input to the AutoLoad controller. At the end of your cut, the system disengages through normal operation, providing you with consistently-filled scrapers time after time. AutoLoad can also be overridden at any time for manual operation if necessary.
In 2006, Construction Equipment magazine recognized the AutoLoad system as one of the Top 100 Earthmoving Innovations.
