Rotary Mower Conditioners

John Deere Rotary Mower-Conditioners

Whether you choose a side-pull or mid-pivot design, all John Deere Rotary Mower-Conditioners (MoCos) are packed with innovative features that take the guesswork out of cutting and conditioning.

Low-Profile Modular Cutterbar

Quality hay starts with a crop that's cut clean. The low-profile John Deere modular cutterbar lets you to cut low to the ground, at a flatter angle, reducing the chance of damage...especially in rocky conditions. Plus, the cutterbar is made of field-proven, nodular iron for extra strength and outstanding cutting quality.

John Deere Shearhub

Each disk on the John Deere rotary cutterbar is protected with a patented shearhub for the most effective protection in the industry. If you hit an obstruction, the splines shear, protecting your machine's internal gears. Repairs are easier and less costly.

Conditioning System Choices

John Deere gives you a choice of conditioning systems, including impeller, steel roll and urethane-roll conditioning. All provide fast, consistent drydown. Take a look at the following chart to see which system is best suited to your crop and conditions:

Conditioning System Crop Conditions best Suited to Crop Examples
