Started with a home on 2 acres of weedy caleche soil. It used to be an alpha field many years ago. Treated the soil with Gypsum using a Frontier 1067 spreader. Dug a 240ft well for irrigation, installed a sprinkler system and hydroseeded the area with Bermuda. Dug drainage holes with a John Deere post hole digger. Used only John Deere Equipment: a 3032E with a front end loader, a 6 x 4 worksite Gator and a 315 Skid Steer. To maintain our new lawn we use the JS20 and JS60H pushmowers and a Z465 Zeroturn.
This will be our third year here and still looking to make landscape improvements.
