I like to restore old vintage lawn tractors. I had restored a 1966 John Deere 110 first then I done a 1963 Wheelhorse 653, I had also bought a parts tractor for this project. One day when I had finished it a friend of mine wanted to buy the parts tractor, what was left of it for his tractor so I sold it to him. Couple years whent buy and I was riding 4 -wheelers at my friends house and took down through his woods, there laid the old parts tractor I had sold him. I felt sorry for it laying there in the brush junk all piled around it so next time I saw him I said Davy are you done with the old wheelhorse yet? He said ya do you want it back? I said yes, he wanted to know what I was going to do with, I said I think I will make a yard ornament with it. He just laughed and said, whatever. The funny part is I got him and my brother to help me with it. here is the (picture), now he wants it back. It has iron wheels on the front off an old wheel barrow the back wheels I picked up at an auction had them and the seat laying around in my way so now all my junk is yard art! When people drive by they will stop, sometimes get out and try to figure out what make it is, pretty funny to sit by the window and look at their reactions.
