    Plan, run and manage your business

    The Operations Center on MyJohnDeere.com is your central location to connect to your machines, operators and fields. It's easy to use, accessible through any internet-capable device and you can view and analyse your information with just a few clicks. On the central map you can track the location of your machines and monitor their work progress. In addition it organizes agronomic data coming from your GreenStar 2630 displays such as field boundaries, yield or as-applied maps – uploaded either manually with an USB stick or sent automatically through Wireless Data Transfer. And it's open – connect to machines from other brands and access their documentation data.

    Last but not least the Operations Center is your hub to get connected to all your trusted advisors. Share field boundaries with your contractor, allow your John Deere dealer to access machine information and let your agronomist view yield information – you decide who can access selected information.

    Machine & Fleet Monitoring

    Machine connectivity is enabled through JDLink, which is John Deere's core infrastructure for machine-to-office communication. With JDLink Access you always know where your machines are as well as what and how they’re doing. From there you can upgrade to JDLink Connect – additionally enabling remote operator support and wireless data exchange between your machines and the Operations Center.

Further, they have implemented seamless data transfer for production data between the Operations Center on MyJohnDeere.com and their software systems. This software is also capable of displaying constituent maps coming from a SPFH or slurry tanker equipped with a John Deere NIRS sensor.     Within “Connected Nutrient Management”, based on various input factors around field history, soil constituents, crop variety or target yield, FarmFacts (former “Land Data-Eurosoft”) is using highly advanced algorithms that are capable of creating a fertilizer plan for the entire crop season, recommending the amount of fertilizer and the split into single application rounds. The John Deere HarvestLab NIRS sensor with manure calibrations (for hog, cattle and biogas) is mounted on the slurry tanker and measures nutrient ingredients (Total Nitrogen, Ammonium, Phosphate, Potassium, Dry Matter) during application and enables precise application rate control (i.e. “kg N per hectare”) based on actual ingredients measured. With John Deere 6R, 7R or 8R tractors, application rate control can be performed by automatic speed regulation of the tractor (Tractor Implement Automation) and allow flow adjustment if e.g. due to hilly conditions and high engine load the required tractor speed can’t be reached. BASF is responsible for the creation of dedicated spray advice based on agronomic and field specific basic data delivered from the customer. The advice contains products, product details, mixing sequence information, target rates and much more. Beyond that, BASF integrates a special product bar code scanning option to seamlessly document applied products and with that supports an error-free pesticide application. The partners are creating an ISOXML file-based application map with calculated field specific zones for pesticide application under the premise of deserved field areas such as water surfaces, urban areas and ecotones for drift reduction of used crop protection techniques based on a so called BVL list provided and maintained by JKI.
