Within the Agricultural Technical Training area the Personal Training Certificate is taken one step further with the R.O.S.E. Award (Recognition Of Service Excellence).
The Award
This is a contest where the highest achieving individual delegates from each territory are invited to a one day challenge of their all round knowledge against the Area Finalists from the other territories.
2006 Award Winner
John Deere’s Technician of the Year for 2006 is Robert Duncan from TM Simpson, Hillend.

Prizes
From this contest a winner emerges who receives a Gold framed certificate, a cheque and a free trip to the factories in Germany and the dealership receives the Silver Rose Bowl for one year. The runner up receives a Silver framed certificate and a cheque while all other contestants receive Bronze Area finalist awards and a cheque.
