Customer Feedback
Most Agricultural, Commercial and Consumer products are included in our Satisfaction First program. This program ensures that every customer of those products is given the opportunity to express his or her views on the important issues of product quality, features, performance and reliability in addition to dealer quality and support.

Product Enhancements
As a direct result of these questionnaires, product enhancements are instigated, statistical reports are produced which aid management in important decisions concerning products and support issues and on an individual basis customer comments are read and digested by many company employees at all levels.

Dealers and AMPS
These questionnaires are also directed back to the selling dealer and local Area Manager Product Support to resolve any issues raised and endeavour to ensure complete satisfaction with the product, the dealer and the support services. This ensures we provide customer focused product support.
