DTAC: "Dealer Technical Assistance Centre" is an Intranet system available to our dealers to ensure we can keep them fully up to date on product changes, solutions, repair information etc.

  • By searching a database using Key words, they can check on the latest repair information and you can be confident that when a repair is made it will be made with the very latest information and knowledge available direct from the manufacturing factory.
  • DTAC is provided to the dealers via the Intranet along with all other systems such as JDPoint for parts availability checking and ordering, this means it is available 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. Therefore whenever your dealer needs that help it is available at the touch of a keyboard.
