At the end of the day, service is a people business, customers are the most important people and repairs can only ever be made by technicians however many technical aids they have available. Thus, we have technical people to interface with dealers, technicians and customers.

We have Area Managers to give Product Support to our dealer network

These highly trained and customer focused individuals have the responsibility for first line contact and support for a number of dealers. This is a relatively small number of dealers enabling frequent visits to take place throughout the year.

The role of AMPS is to support the dealer in all aspects of Service and Parts including resolution of technical issues, customer satisfaction issues, training, tools and warranty.
