“The big advantage is the huge acreage you can cover with this machine.

Potatoes can be sprayed highly efficiently with only 100 l/ha. In previous years using injector nozzles with herbicides at 200 l/ha in sugar beet there was a lot of inefficiency and effectiveness. Now at a 100 l/ha we get optimum results. Especially in potatoes an increased effectiveness of fungicides was observed and contact fungicides showed an impact over a longer time period.”

“Potatoes are treated against potato blight at 130 l/ha. In all other applications 100 l/ha are used (previously 200 l/ha). During the potato season we are spraying 3 days per week. In previous years it took us 5 days to cover the same area.

Beside these advantages the Twin Fluid technology also shows a better biological effectiveness especially when using fungicides. This also has economical benefits.”
