EL-4 Electric Control Box
-
The EL-4 electric control box is base equipment, and let's you control pressure, Master valve and up to 9 section valves.
-
Additional functions, such as electric boom tilt with preset trimming and switching on/off edge tips are available too.
-
The integrated spray rate controller offers accuracy and ease of use. You only have to choose the colour of the nozzle and the desired target application rate and the controller will do the rest.
-
During spraying you can simultaneously monitor travel speed, pressure, application rate and alternating volume sprayed and hectares treated.
-
It is possible to change the target application rate on-the-go for temporary over or under dosing in certain areas; for example, with liquid fertiliser or herbicides.
-
The EL-4 control capabilities can be extended with the TrackMatic box. This is a separate control box for sprayers with the automatic trailing system.
-
You can select between automatic trailing or manual control of the drawbar and there is an automatic neutral function.
-
In addition, boom folding can also be performed through this control box, reducing the number of hydraulic control valves needed on the tractor.
EHC-2 Control Box
-
The EHC-2 control box is the most advanced controller to ever command a sprayer.
-
The communication is done using a CAN-BUS system, similar to that found on state-of-the-art tractors and cars. The electronic system reduces the number of cables and connections, improves diagnostics and offers much more functionality.
-
Reliability and serviceability are on a new level and only this system will offer you the possibility to communicate and use all future features of tractors which have this standard communication system (ISO11783).
-
The EHC-2 offers a new way of section control. You can open and close all boom sections sequentially with just three switches. This makes operation much easier and the control boxes remain much smaller.
-
You don't have to search for the switches when switching on/off sections one after another when spraying in narrowing land.
GreenStar Controller
-
Gain control with new GreenStar. The EHC-2 control box works together with the Greenstar display. This is the same unit as that found in John Deere tractors, combines and self-propelled forage harvesters.
-
When the sprayer is connected, you will see and handle all the information and regulation for the sprayer through this same display.
-
This one terminal can handle functions where previously you would need up to 5 separate units. It gives you control of application rate, droplet size and tank level.
-
It lets you program each tip with a low and a high working pressure. A warning sounds if these values are exceeded during spraying.
-
The Greenstar controller also lets you store important information, including area sprayed and volume, working time, total working time, working distance and total distance.
-
In addition, the Greenstar controller also continuously monitors functions for wheel speed, flow, pressure, tank level, pump oil level and air pressure (if equipped with Twin Fluid system).
-
Most important of all, the industry's most advanced spraying control system will allow easy upgrades for future sprayer functions such as direct injection.
-
It will also enable you to use GreenStar precision farming solutions using GPS such as field documentation, variable rate control and parallel tracking.
ELC-1 Control Box
-
The ELC-1 control box offers electronic control of all sprayer functions, while hydraulic functions are operated through the tractor's hydraulic control valves.
-
The EHC-2 control box also offers electro-hydraulic control of all booms and drawbar functions.
