The drawbar type and configuration can be tailored to any kind of tractor connection, whether it is a swaying drawbar, a pick-up hitch, a Piton Fix or a tow hook. You have the choice between a lower linkage drawbar (above) or a universal drawbar (lower, right).

The universal drawbar can be set in an upper and lower linkage position. This drawbar is adjustable both in length and height, so any kind of tractor will be fully compatible and accurate trailing can always be achieved.

The pumps and optional compressor(s) for Twin Fluid are completely protected but remain easily accessible for service.

Both drawbars are mounted on the chassis in one heavy duty hinge point.

The drawbar can be upgraded from a fixed configuration to hydraulic steering or automatic trailing.

With hydraulic steering, the drawbar can be controlled manually with an SCV from the tractor. This option is useful when working on slopes, to prevent the sprayer from drifting away or to manoeuvre the sprayer into the tightest corners.

Two sensors mounted on the drawbar (right) measure the variation of the tractor to the drawbar, activating the automatic drawbar control.

The drawbar steering should only work on headlands and not while spraying to ensure a stable ride and a good spray distribution.

With the new Headland Management System the trailing system is now automatically switched ON at the headland every time.

Once you've made the turn, the steering is automatically switched OFF ... and the drawbar is automatically steered back into the central position so that the machine runs straight behind the tractor.
