Four conveyor augers provide uniform distribution of material to the cleaning system, with less bunching, even on side slopes.
The DynaFloII cleaning fan blows a high volume of air across the full width of the cleaning shoe. About 20 percent of the air flows to the front chaffer. A steep pressure curve delivers high pressure with less volume loss. The result? Maximum efficiency.
The non adjustable raise center front chaffer removes up to 40 percent of free grain before it reaches the rear chaffer.
The single piece front and rear chaffer. Grain falls from the front chaffer onto a solid step pan and then to the lower sieve. Grain is also delivered from the rear adjustable chaffer onto the bottom sieve for superior cleaning performance.
The Dyna-FloII cleaning system has been specially developed for the 9880 i STS. Matched to the air flow and distribution from the fan, it ensures a high cleaning performance.
