The powerful 762C, for large diameter thinning and regeneration trees
The John Deere 762C harvester head is meant for late thinnings and regeneration harvesting and is designed for use with large wheel harvesters and 20 to 25 tin sized track carriers.
The basic concept of the 762C reflects our experience with over 1,500 units in this size class. The advanced hydraulic valve block design ensures excellent cutting, feeding and delimbing performance.
The powerful, perfectly positioned saw unit ensures fast and precise cutting cycles of bigger trees, leaving low stumps and reducing the risk of cracks in valuable logs.
New geometry and sharpening of the delimbing knives ensure excellent delimbing quality, measuring and durability.
The 762C has new type of feed motors for high productivity and long life reliability in the toughest harvesting applications.
