Walk-Behind Greens Mowers : Product Overview

Still among the lightest walk-behind greens mowers made today, the John Deere 180C, 220C, and 260C Walk Greens Mowers feature true 457 to 660 mm (18 to 26 in.) cutting widths. A dual-traction drive boasts an improved rear drum and drive system that provides even straighter tracking on greens. Bedknife-to-reel adjustment knobs make for easier infinite precision adjustments. The 180C, 220C, and 260C are also equipped with a standard operator-presence system that meets ANSI B71.4-2004 requirements.

The 180C, 220C, and 260C feature an optional gear-driven Greens Tender™ Conditioner that counter-rotates to stand up the grass prior to cutting and promotes vertical grass growth for excellent ball roll.

• Honda GX120 4-cycle engines provide plenty of power for even the most demanding mowing conditions.
• Dual aluminium traction rolls, to provide a more consistent surface. The rolls combine to cover the entire length of the bedknife. An external differential drive splits power to both traction rolls - improving turning and tracking.
• The machine grooved front rollers are both cut from solid bar stock to deliver more strength and better mowing performance.
• The standard John Deere manufactured 11 bladed reel on the 180C, 220C and 260C helps deliver an exceptional quality of cut.
• The grass catcher mounting design helps keep the grass catcher more secure while the shape delivers improved collection of clippings.

The 22B Trailer is the ideal companion for all walk-behind greens mowers and can be used with either the Gator™ TE, Gator™ TX Turf;, Gator™ TH 6X4, or ProGator™. An additional optional axle bracket allows two greens mowers to be trailed.
