5020 Series Full Frame Tractors : Service

We've made servicing easier than ever. Our new tilt hood features two positions for easing engine, radiator and component access. A strong gas strut holds the single-piece hood securely in place at approximately 45 degrees. Or you can over-ride the strut and position the hood vertically for maximum clearance.

• Extended engine oil change intervals to 500 hours
• The engine air filter can be removed easily from the ground.
• Maintenance free poly-vee belt - A spring loaded tensioner automatically maintains accurate belt tension, which prolongs the service life.
• Tilting the hood allows easy service access to the battery and radiator screens
• Transmission/hydraulic oil filter service interval are at 750 hours, with 1500 hour oil change interval.
• All clutch systems require no maintenance.
• The brakes are self-equalising and self-adjusting, thus maintenance-free.
• The 5020 Series cabs can be tilted to the side, while all major systems remain connected.
• All daily service points can be accessed from ground level. No need to climb on tractor to check filter or oil levels.
