High-capacity John Deere hydraulic system delivers a tremendous 166-182 l/min (44 or 48 gpm) flow
HYDRAULICS
All ten models feature a closed centre pressure and flow compensated hydraulic system with standby pressure of 2900 psi with load-sensing hydraulic pressure system advantages.

HYDRAULIC OIL RESERVOIR
Features:

Gravity flow oil from the hydraulic oil reservoir is used to charge the main hydraulic pump.

Eliminates cavitation, especially at low engine rpm.

Provides low return pressure, which is important for trouble-free single-acting cylinder operation.

102 Litres (27 U.S. gallon) maximum reservoir capacity.
SELECTIVE CONTROL VALVES
Electrohydraulic selective control valves with adjustable flow rates and timed detent are standard equipment on all 9020 Series tractors. The valves feature a force feedback system to improve hydraulic flow control for air seeders and vacuum planters. Covers on the SCV couplers also improve cleanliness.

Four electrohydraulic SCVs are standard, with an option of a fifth SCV valve that can be field installed.

Each selective control valve features two poppet-type load checks

Load checks reduce amount of leakage. (Permit loads on either extend or retract SCV ports to remain in raised position without settling.)
SELECTIVE CONTROL VALVE — CONTROL
Features:

Four SCV control levers on the front of the armrest operate the four standard valves.

Fifth SCV lever control is located toward the back of the armrest control.
DENT AND OIL FLOW CONTROLS
Features:

Timed detents and oil flow control are located inside the cab to the rear of vehicle monitor within TouchSet panel.

Transport lock touch switch is used to disable SCV control levers to prevent accidental SCV activation.
SCV TouchSet™ DEPTH CONTROL
Features:

Allows setting implement remote cylinder height and depth from inside tractor cab.
-
Settings chosen can be easily locked in by touching TouchSet pads.
